63rd McNeill Family Reunion - July 10-13, 2025

 Dear McNeill Family,

We are looking forward to hosting you in sunny Tampa, Florida for our 63rd family reunion.  

Come prepared for the hot, humid weather; don't forget to pack your sunscreen and a hat!  T-shirt color is Blue and the attire for the entire weekend is casual.  We're asking everyone to wear your T-shirt to dinner on Saturday. 

The reunion hotel is the Embassy Suites West Shore by Hilton in Tampa

Hotel provides complimentary shuttle service to and from the Tampa Airport. 

Shuttle Hours: 6am - 10pm 

Self Parking is available at the hotel for $18/day.

Included in your stay is a made to order breakfast each morning and an evening reception (Thursday & Friday Night).

Attention 2025 High School Graduates. Please submit your application for either the family scholarship or the high school recognition. If you are a college graduate or graduate from a training/certification program, we would like to hear from you too.

THURSDAY, JULY 10th

- Glamping at Hillsborough Rover State Park - TBD

- Family Hospitality Room available after 7pm.  Room # - TBD
- Embassy Hotel's Complimentary evening reception 5-7pm

FRIDAY, JULY 11th

– Breakfast* (Free for everyone staying at hotel)

– Pool Party @ the Hotel 11am - 4pm 

– Noon -1:30pm - Food will be served poolside 

– Embassy Hotel's Complimentary evening reception 5-7pm

– Meet & Greet in the Pool Terrace 5pm - 10pm 

– Pickup your t-shirt; chew & chat with family

– 6pm - food will be served

– We will play Bingo ($5)

SATURDAY, JULY 12th

– Breakfast* (Free for everyone staying at hotel)

– Free day OYO to explore Tampa - 8am - 4pm 

– Family Dinner/Gathering at Temple Allen Church 4pm - 8pm

The Family Hospitality Room will be open for everyone Thursday Evening through Saturday Night.
