As we eagerly anticipate our upcoming family reunion, we have some exciting updates and reminders to share with you!
To ensure that all family members can participate in our main event, the charter bus tour of Washington D.C., we've rescheduled it to Saturday, July 20th. This change allows those arriving on Friday to join in on this memorable experience. We are certain this tour will be one of the highlights of our reunion, and we wouldn't want anyone to miss out!
On Friday night, we organized a Family Fun Fest/Picnic at a new venue, ALX Community, just 0.8 miles from the hotel. This venue offers convenient parking for $12 all day and is only a short less than 5-minute drive away. We encourage everyone to carpool to make transportation easier. The evening promises a delightful catered dinner, family bingo, and other fun reunion activities. We're thrilled at the prospect of spending quality time together and creating lasting memories.
Thank you to those who have made your hotel reservations. Currently, our room block is filled. If you are unable to reserve a room using the link provided, please let me know immediately. If needed we will work with the hotel to request additional rooms subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Remember, your credit card won't be charged until check-in.
Family reunion fees are due Monday, April 15th. Your timely payments are crucial for us to finalize arrangements, including securing additional buses for transportation. Please note that you won't be considered officially registered until your payment is received. The reunion fees are $100 for adults (ages 18+), $80 for children (ages 4-18), and $35 for toddlers (ages 3 and under).

REUNION HOTEL DETAILS:
The Reunion Hotel is the Sheraton Suites Old Town Alexandria Hotel in Alexandria, Va. All rooms are suites with either a King Bed or Two Queen Beds, and a 2-person Sleeper Sofa, refrigerators, microwave, etc. The room rate is $159 plus tax per night. Your credit card won’t be charged until you check-in. Currently, only King Bed rooms are available. If you are unable to reserve a room using the link below, please let me know immediately.
The hotel does offer free shuttle service to and from the Ronald Reagan (DCA) Airport. Use the link below to make your reservation. If you would like to reserve a room a few days before the 18th or after the 21st for the family reunion rate, you will need to call the hotel directly at D: 703-836-4700 ext 6106.
FAMILY REUNION HIGHLIGHTS:
This year’s reunion highlights will consist of a family video of pictures of this past year most significant events. Please send in your photos (limit 5 per family unit) of those memorable moments you want to share with your family. This year's reunion fee will include the McNeill Family Reunion T-shirt and all family reunion activities designated with asterisk*. All other activities such as Great Waves Water Park, MGM National Harbor and Casino, Top Golf, DC Nightlife tour (21 and older) are available On Your Own (OYO) at an additional cost
